Does my guyfriend (27, M) like me (27, F) romantically?

• He offers to drive me home even though he’s going out of his way to do so (it’s on the opposite side of where he lives, a 2 hour drive)
• He spends hours talking to me one-on-one alone in a private setting
• He stares at my legs and my body quite a bit
• He touches my legs briefly and held my hand several times
• He introduces me to his close friends
• He stands up for me when I’m being bullied
• He told me that I make him happy
• He told me that he likes spending time with me
• He wants to spend time with me everyday including the weekends and holidays too
• He tries to get to know my friends
• He gets upset and tells me he is upset when I talk about other guys I’m interested in. He tells me to discuss it with him first before approaching them.

At the same time though, he told me that he’s getting married to someone else soon and that he isn’t interested in me and he’s not attracted to me? I’m confused.
