I saw my dad's porn watch history with mostly young girls, and I'm so disturbed because I'm a young girl

I'm [22F] just really disturbed and disgusted and confused by this, even though almost everyone has watched porn in their life. Growing up, my dad has always commented about my body. I have recently found out I have body dysmorphia because I always thought there was something wrong with my body when there actually isn't. Just last month, he told me my boobs were small so I cried a lot. That was so inappropriate. Today when he asked me to configure something on his Chrome app, he didn't exit the many tabs of porn with college/young girls so I saw it right in front of my face. I'm so disturbed by this and I can't look him in the eyes right now. I need some help, and I don't know if I'm just overreacting.

TL;DR: I accidentally saw my dad's porn watch history and it mostly featured young girls and I'm so disturbed because I'm in the same category. I can't even look him in the eyes right now.
