My (F23) gf and I (M26) planned an activity but she invited her (F24) bff

So we planned (last weekend) to go to a food festival this weekend, so today a few hours to meet, I asked her what time would she like to go, and she says that her bff did not want to be a third wheel so they planned to meet (I did not know until today) from 1 to 4 and then with me from 4 to 8, she’s (my gf) also bringing her little sister, which I don’t mind too much, am I being unreasonable by being a little bit mad? I mean we planned this together we were going to eat outside the entire day, but suddenly she decides to do this

tl;dr: My gf and I planned an entire day activity but she decides to split the day by meeting with her bff (female) first and then later with me
