My boyfriend (21M) is a lot better at little romantic gestures than me (20F). Please help me step up my game!
We haven't been officially dating for more than a couple weeks, but in that time, he's already showered me with sweet little gestures (things like making me tea in the morning or bringing me water or surprising me with a flower).
Normally my way of showing affection is by giving people food and making them tea (in addition to, you know, compliments and physical touch). I don't know how to reciprocate the flower gesture in an equivalent way that's also different (I can't just get him flowers because he got me a flower! That's unoriginal!). My parents aren't particularly romantic people and I also haven't had a real relationship before this so I'm at a loss.
Tl;dr: what's an equivalent small but sweet gesture to getting someone a flower?
