My (31 f) partner (27 m) of 2.5 years has been looking up local "hotwife", swingers and dogging subreddits.. im 6 months pregnant. Should I be concerned?

The only reason I know this is because I accidentally saw the pop up notifications appear on his phone. After searching for the communities mentioned on my own phone, I found that these particular subreddits had not been set up as NSFW by the admins- hence the triggered notifications..

I'm pregnant but we have mostly still maintained a healthy sexlife since finding out we were expecting, however he has never expressed any interest in these types of kinks before to me- which is fine, he is under no obligation to do so, but what has concerned me is that it looks like he has been viewing these posts and subreddits that have been created specifically for people within our local area.. people who are looking to hook up.

I feel really confused about it all, I wish I hadn't seen what I saw but I have and when I tried bringing our sexual relationship up recently, particularly because I'm pregnant and wanted to chat about our options or what we would or could do if a) I wasn't physically up for having sex like before and b) in case he wasn't as sexually attracted to me as before the pregnancy, and I attempted to touch on discussing what our other options or possibilities could be and he got quite angry at me so I dropped it.

I am now way too emotional and uncomfortable to try bring up what I saw, but I can't help but feeling a little concerned.. am I an idiot and is he taking the first steps toward his "other options" without even trying to talk to me about it first?

If these are the communities he has accidentally triggered notifications for.. then I understand it's likely that there are more of these and while porn is something I would usually be ok with, sexting others online and looking for hookups outside of our relationship without consulting me first is absolutely crossing the line.

TLDR: boyfriend has been (at the very least) looking up subreddits used for local swingers/hotwife/dogging hookups and I found out accidentally.. unsure if or how concerned I should be.
