I (35f) don’t enjoy sex with my husband (38m)

I’ve been with my husband since I was 19, only man I’ve ever been with. At first I thought it was me but I feel like we’re just sexually incompatible. I’ve discussed my likes & dislikes and needs/wants when it comes to sex but he rarely makes me orgasm. I know sex is just as mental as it is physical but I feel like I’m at my wits end. I don’t think I can live like this much longer. I kinda want to see what’s out there but I don’t want to hurt him. How can I improve our sex life?
