My (27M) girlfriend (25F) of 6 years told me she had better sex with her exes and always orgasmed with them. She also said she’s never orgasmed with me and sex just doesn’t feel good with me.

See title. My girlfriend told me the sex with her exes was much better and always felt better and she orgasmed with them and never has with me. She said our sex doesn’t even feel good most of the time. This wasn’t even in a fight, we were having a follow up conversation after therapy and it was just being honest with each other. I have been with many partners and was always complimented on my sexual performance which was always a huge confidence booster for me, so this really shocked me and emasculated me. I’m not sure where to go from here.
