My [26M] relationship skills aren't great [Childhood Trauma/ASD/ADHD] and I want to learn how to have healthy relationships.
I suffered a lot of trauma as a child - primarily emotional neglect, unresponsive mother, abandonment (kicked out of home at age 11), no father, and not a very intimate or loving family. I also have ADHD and ASD, but I've managed to handle all of these issues relatively well, and I'm doing pretty well for myself. I lead a pretty good life, all things considered, I'm self-sufficient, and I don't need to rely on anyone for anything.
I obviously wasn't modelled healthy relationships by my parents and immediate family, and as a result these misconceptions about relationships are affecting my life and how I relate to others.
How can I learn, backed by research preferably, about how to healthily relate to others?
tl;dr how can I learn the logic of healthy relationships?
