GF (28F) won’t let go of her “friend w/ benefits” cause they are close friends

As title says, my gf isn’t willing to drop her “friend w/ benefits” since they have known each other since high school and are very close. (He is a 26M)

She told me that they haven’t done anything for months now and aren’t planning to, since she is serious about me.. should I be worried? Kind of being on back of my head and having shitty thoughts.

I am 22M, don’t think I am being insecure but she blames it on our gap and how I am not able to understand her side and that they have both moved on.

TL;DR: I am not okay with my gf keeping her “friend w/benefits” around even though they both have moved on and are just “very close friends” now.
