Does anyone else disassociate hard when arguing with their SO?

Whenever I'm (21F) in an argument or serious discussion with my bf (24M) or my family, even if the issue was resolved and we made up, I can't go back to normal. Like I can't act fine like I was an hour ago. I stay silent for the most part and not really think about anything; I'm pretty much just... there. We could thoroughly talk about the situation or whatever we were discussing and I'll still disassociate and feel very stoic and numb from it. It takes me hours (sometimes even days) to finally act normal. It gets annoying because even when I'm over the argument and not mad anymore, I find it hard to act my usual self. Often times when arguing with my bf, after we make our points and try to understand from each other's point of views, I can't cuddle him or joke around together like we were doing minutes before. I kinda become like a robot and only give 'yes' or 'no' answers.

I try to force myself back to usual, but I've heard comments like I sounded weird or smiled funny or that they could "sense that I was still upset" even if I'm not upset; I'm just trying to not disassociate like I usually do. Idk, I guess its my coping mechanism for when I don't know my own feelings about something that just happened.

TLDR: I don't know how to act normal after being upset or mad about something
