I'm honestly having a hard time processing what happened last night and I don't know what to do. My husband (30) and I (26) got married about six months ago and have been together 3 years now. We had an argument last night, one of the first arguments we have ever had that was this heated.
Basically I told him I was hurt that I wasn't included on a very important decision that was made for our home. I tried to bring it up to him and got completely stonewalled. I was upset that he wasn't communicating with me, and I finally got angry at him. I raised my voice and told him I was tired of my feelings being ignored on this specific thing.
As I was shouting at him he briefly got this look in his eyes and he shoved me. It wasn't a rough shove, but it knocked me back a bit. And then we both stopped for a minute and stood there in shock.
Nothing even remotely like this has happened before. I don't even think I've ever seen him actually angry. The argument stopped there and we haven't talked about it since. I don't know if I should be frightened or if I should bring up what happened. Normally things are so wonderful between us, I'm so shellshocked. This isn't like him. I don't know what to do.
TL/DR my husband and I were having a heated argument and he shoved me. Where do I even begin to go with this?
