This literally just happened so it’s fresh, my GF and I share a vehicle, she drops me off at work and picks me up. On the way home she tells me she forgot to lay anything out to cook, I was like okay do we need to go to the store, she suggested we eat something quick that doesn’t take time to prepare, I was thinking out ideas and I suggested we make cauliflower crust pizza, something I enjoy and she doesn’t like all that much, I was just putting forth an option which she had every possible ability to say no I’d rather have ... but instead she got mad stopped really talking to me and is adamant that I eat pizza and she’ll eat nothing, now I feel bad because I made a suggestion and the conversation is now closed no other option is possible, this is not the first time this has happened. All I wanted to do was go to our home (we recently moved into our first apartment together) and eat dinner and now it’s become a shut down match I just don’t know how to get over this obstacle.
TL;DR GF didn’t want to eat what I suggested and now is mad at me and therefore is refusing to eat.
