My (27F) porn addicted BF (32M) is used to extreme body types, im starting to feel insecure about my shape

So I told him that I was thinking about breast reduction and he responsed with 'how would you make them even smaller??' which made me feel really insecure.

My boobs are actually quite big (70F/32DD), a smaller size would lower my back pain and i am already really insecure about the fact that they are hanging a bit and probably appear smaller as they are.

When I told him that they are relatively big he responsed with surprise and would not believe me. He also told me that he thinks my body is of rectangle shape whereas i was usually proud of my hourglass type. He thinks my hips are 'good enough' but bigger would be better.

He does not want to hurt me and is sorry for what he said, but it's just what he thinks and i cant help it. I am his first girlfriend, he spends a large part of his days watching porn, mostly 2D hentai stuff, minimum 3 times a day ,so I think he is just not used to 'normal' body types but I feel like he does not quite find me attractive and im not sure how to handle it.

TL;DR: Boyfriend has high standards in body types because of porn which makes me feel uncomfortable with my own body.
