My bf m(38) asked me if I f(38) got the covid vaccine. I said yes, so he dumped me; was this an excuse to dump me?

My bf and I broke up back in 2017. I contacted him in 2019 wanting to get back together. He didn’t want to. We happened to see each other a few months later at the grocery store. He told me to call him, so I did. He still didn’t want to get back together. Fast forward to March 2020 and covid hits, he calls me wanting to get back together. We do. But we only see each other at night time.. always 8 PM on Wednesday’s and Saturday’s. I stay the night and go home the next day. I know he is totally against the covid vaccine. So, on Saturday morning he called me asked if I got the vaccine. I said yes, he was livid! He told me that dna shreds of the vaccine can get passed to him and there’s a government agenda to make women infertile and to cause early death in the population. So, he dumped me because he said we have differing views. Idk, I feel like this is an excuse although I know he hates the vaccine I never thought it would be a big deal that I got it. I’m also skeptical because he confronted me on the day we were supposed to see each other. Is there possibly another woman?

TL;DR boyfriend said he dumped me because I got covid vaccine, but I think it’s an excuse.
