Today, my girlfriend helped her mother with baking some cookies for Christmas, and I secretly went shopping for a Christmas present for her. Meanwhile, her mother got a text message from her ex (my girlfriend’s ex, not her mother’s ex). When she finally finished with the baking and stuff, we finally got some more time to spend together. She told me about the message with a smiling face, but now (after 2 hours from that moment) she is very upset. I asked her if she can come with me tomorrow to buy a new phone case, but she said that she has to go to her relatives (grandparents) to stay with them a little bit. I asked if I can come, because she always says yes, but I want to be sure and don’t be uninvited, but she said “No, all my family members would be there”, but this was never a problem before, because I met her parents and more relatives a long time ago. I said ok, because I don’t want to be disrespectful to her family, it’s their time together and I have to respect that, but I asked her if it is going to take long, which usually doesn’t take longer than 1 hour because she doesn’t really like her grandparents, and she said it will take some hours. I don’t want to be jealous or something, but this seems very odd to me and I think she wants to see her ex without me knowing.
tl;dr :My girlfriend’s mother got a message from her ex (my GF’s ex) and I think my GF wants to see him.
