I [23F] borrowed my boyfriend $300 24[M], he just broke up with me and I do not know how to ask him for the money, and if he will pay me back

I am devastates because my 1 year boyfriend just broke up with me in a video call telling me he has feelings for someone else, I am devastated by this, but this post is not about how to get over him. 2 weeks ago I borrowed him $300 so he could buy the car he wanted, with the condition that he would pay me back as soon as he can and that he would let me use it if some day I needed it (if mine breaks or anything)

Now that he broke up with me, I do not know if he will pay me back or How to ask him or how to make him pay me my MONEY back. How can I tell him? What if he refuses?

This is not revenge, I just want him to at least pay me back because now I need the money more than ever

I just realized he BLOCKED me on whatsapp. How can I let him know I want my money back?

TL;DR I gave my boyfriend money 2 weeks ago so he would have enough to buy a car, he just dumped me via videocall and I dont know how to ask him for the money and what to do if he refuses to pay me. Update: he has blocked me on whatsapp
