Tl;dr: I just found photos from over the summer of my girlfriend and I having sex in my parents' house on my dad's phone and I'm not sure what to do.
Firstly, I understand there is a moral gray area for me both having sex in my parents house and going through my dad's phone and I'm not here to debate that, but here we are.
My girlfriend of two years and I go to university together and live in an apartment on campus. We are home for summers and, currently, for winter break. Over the last summer, we would have sex in my bedroom when we were feeling particularly horny and the opportunity presented itself (I.e. eeveryone else going to bed). Seeing as my family is catholic, we were obviously pretty paranoid and discreet about it, or so we thought.
Today I got home and saw my dad's phone out, so curiosity got the best of me. In his photos gallery in a hidden folder, I found photos of my girlfriend and I engaged in a variety of deviant things dated from a few months ago over the summer over a span of about 10 minutes. At first I thought he just had some weird porn on his phone, but when I clicked through, I realized they were taken from outside my bedroom window. The curtains on the window are closed in the photos, but there is a small corner of the window where the curtain was folded back enough to just see the lower half or so of my bed, which is the angle the photos were taken from.
He has never mentioned anything about these photos to me, and I don't know if my mom knows about them. Based on comments he had made, (jokes, etc.) I was vaguely aware that he at least expected that we were having sex in my room occasionally, but he had never directly confronted us about it. As mentioned, my family is catholic, but my dad is behaviorally less devout than my mom. This is not the first time I have found him to be up to generally "pervy" stuff, for lack of a better term. He has literally asked me for help with his computer with weird porn sites open in other tabs, for example, but this is the first time it has directly involved me. As I said, I am not sure if my mom knows about them, but I don't think she does, since I would think she would be very upset about my dad having the photos in the first place.
I am not sure who I should confront about this, if anyone. My gut is telling me to not tell anyone and pretend it never happened, I also want to find a discreet way to get them off his phone, since it's extremely uncomfortable knowing they are there. I know that if I were to confront my girlfriend about it, she would never be able look at my parents the same way again either, and I'm not sure what it would do to her relationship with my family. I don't know how I would confront my dad about it and I'm not sure I want to either, as I'm not sure what it would do to MY relationship with my family. I'm looking for an outside perspective on the whole situation and what I should do just so I know I'm not going crazy right now. I'm incredibly pissed off but I'm not sure what I can do about it. I will try to provide as much detail as is safely possible if requested, I don't think I'm leaving out any major details. Thanks in advance.
