I [39 M] have erectile dysfunction and need advice on best time and way to disclose my problem while dating

I’m a 39 yo man who has erectile dysfunction. I just recently broke up with a woman who I was in a long term relationship with and I plan to start dating again. I can maintain an erection when I use ED meds. When I don’t have pills, I can rarely finish penis/vaginal sex. I know this is a big deal for some women. I don’t want to get too far into a relationship with a woman, only to find out that impotence is a deal breaker. I also don’t want to scare someone off by disclosing too soon.
