Should I (22M) move out from my parents

I (22M) was living with my parents (50M, 51F) since COVID-19 started. I wanted to save some money and they offered me to stay with them for 'as long as I want'. I work from home so this was a great option for me.

I help with the chores, pay for some bills, and often pay for groceries (for us all). I make enough to afford this especially because I don't pay rent.

The problem is I don't want to take advantage of my parents. Also I feel like I'm in a comfort zone right now and with every day it will be only harder for me to leave.

With that said every month decreases my future mortgage (even with higher spendings). At this rate I should be able to afford mortgage in about 8-10 months.

Should I rent something for a year or two and accept lower savings? Or save up and buy when possible?

Tl; Dr: I'm living with my parents and saving for a home. But I don't want to stay in the comfort zone for too long.
