I (44F) caught my married cousin (32M) with another woman. Should I tell his wife/parents?

My little cousin (the youngest of all) is one of the most sweetest person I've ever met in my entire life. He is a single child, and always felt lonely growing up so I used to spend a lot of time with him when he was young. I practically fed him and always gave him advice on his career. I treated him like my own brother.

That being said, he got married 2 years ago, and he has a 9 months old baby boy.

Last week, I went out to dinner with my husband and I spotted him with another woman. My heart sunk and I wanted to confront him immediately, but my husband didn't let me. I couldn't help but think about him, his poor wife and baby boy. I couldn't sit there and just watch, so when my husband excused himself to the restroom, I went and met him to say hi.

The shock and horror on his face said it all. He stammered for a response and couldn't even look me in the eye. A part of me wanted to confront him, but I promised my husband I won't, so I didn't. I decided to head back to my table, finish my dinner and go home.

I couldn't sleep at all that night. I tried and tried, but I just couldn't.

I watched him grow up as a child into a man, and it just really bothers me and pains my heart.

Next morning, he called me up crying and apologizing. He wanted us to meet for lunch, so we did. He straight up told me that he fell in love with this woman, but is too scared to divorce his wife because of the child. He also told me that this woman divorced her husband so that she can stay with him, and now he's stuck in the middle of this mess. He then started to cry uncontrollably, and I was disgusted with him, but he was my little brother I raised after all, so I tried my best to console him.

He then begged me to help fix this mess for him, but I honestly don't even know where to start. I fear that if I don't do something soon, he'll do something stupid and get into a deeper mess than he already is.

Advice?
