My girlfriend (24F) has had and quit multiple jobs this year and is now expecting me (25M) to pay for everything?

TL:DR, my girlfriend is expecting me to pay for everything and do things around the apartment. How can I talk to her without coming off as a jerk?

So my girlfriend and I moved in together at the beginning of the year. We both agreed to split rent, bills, and necessities. I have a good paying full time job and she has had 3 or 4 jobs since we moved in. None of them she has lasted more than a month. She has helped wherever she can but it's resulted in me having to sell things I love just to make rent every month. Fast forward to now and she got a new job about 2 weeks ago and loved it. Now she is wanting to quit and she says it's because of her mental health. She has tried almost anything from therapy to mental health rehabilitation centers in the past. Now she won't even help clean around the apartment while I'm working my ass off to provide. But it's making my mental health deteriorate when I need to sell all my hobbies to pay bills and it's making me resent her. I had to stop doing my college classes because I didn't have the money. I have no idea what to do as I love her very much and I do worry about her mental health but this is pushing me away. Do y'all have any advice? Or ways I can talk to her about this? Thanks y'all.
