Female friend (28) keeps pushing me (m31) to be in a relationship even though I told her I just want to be friends

My female friend continues to ask me and pain me into being in a romantic/sexual relationship after I told her at least a dozen times I just want to be friends. I’m not trying to be in romantic relationship at the moment and even then o see her as just a friend. She acts like I’m selfish and she makes me feel guilty for saying no. When i say we should take a pause on hanging out she claims that we can remain friends without the romantic relationship but then the next day she brings it up again. She messages me sexual messages at least a couple times per week and will not listen to my boundary.

TL;DR my female friend keeps pushing me to be in a relationship with her, sending sexual texts, even though I’ve told her multiple times I just want to remain friends
