ME (50m) trying to relate to my GF (50f) who gets herself into bad situations regardless of my advice. How do I console her afterwards?

It's a continuous cycle of drama with my GF. She has her heart in the right place, but continues to get herself in situations that always backfire. She trusts people who stab her in the back. She simple hopes that people will do the right thing. That things will work out regardless of the many times I tell her "No, that's not a good idea, they will (be ungrateful, turn it around on you, rip you off, talk bad about you, etc).

She gets depressed, and cries, and after so many times, I find myself rolling my eyes. Although I want to help her feel better.

She kinda throws a pity party for herself whenever anything happens. She says "Why does this ALWAYS happen to me?". There's no point in my telling her why.

How can I offer support without saying "I told you so". What does she want? She practically asks me what to do, but I tell her, and then she ignores what I tell her.

TL;DR: GF gets depressed when things backfire even though she was advised not to get herself in these situations. How to comfort?
