Been in an relationship for a year with gf who's always stressed, not sure what more I can do to support

Tl;dr : girlfriend is always stressed out and anxious and won't take action to help herself. It's dominating the relationship. What can I do to support her?

Me (28) and my girlfriend (27) have been dating for a year now. It seems like she's constantly stressed out about work or life in general. I'm a good listener and am appreciated for being there, but it's starting to wear on my spirit. She's always stressed out. Her stress, work related or not, dominates the relationship.

The other day we celebrated our one year. She was an hour and a half late because she got cut off on the way here and decided to keep messing with the guy for an extra hour.... When she got here, she explained what happened and it's no problem but it took over the whole night. She assumed I had a problem cause she was late (I didn't cause I wasn't mad lol) and got defensive and lashed out at me.

The next day, I was explaining to her over facetime about this story I'm writing. I was met with silence before she said "I'm sorry, what did you say. I was looking at my thinning hair. I'm so stressed..." Then went on AGAIN about being stressed out.

Every. Day. She is stressed out about something and its repeative. She won't take action to handle or fix the stress. I get stressed too but I'm someone who rolls with the punches or take action to not be stressed.

I've offered to help her find a new job and with her resume but that's met with a convo about that being stressful which evolves into her being stressed out and anxious.

What can I do to support her? I feel like I'm burning my wheels.
