My [21M] girlfriend [25F] is leaving flirty comments on her ex-boyfriends Instagram posts. How do I go about this as nicely and to the point as possible?

Hi, So I have been dating this girl for about 3 months now. I truly believe she is honest and trustworthy, and is loyal. However, I saw today that she commented on her ex-boyfriends Instagram post, and the comments were pretty flirty.

On one of the posts, he posted about some new job or something, and she said “proud of you🙏” He replied “thank you❤️🙏 I’ll see you soon!” Then she replied “I can’t wait🥰😍”

She says she is good friends with her ex, who moved away a while ago. He is coming back to visit soon and my girlfriend told me her ex wants to meet me. He has a girlfriend himself, and my girlfriend has told me she has no feelings for him whatsoever.

I’m just not really sure how to go about this. I would never comment on an ex’s post like that, and I’m pretty sure if she saw me comment that on an ex’s post, she would not be happy. I’m not really comfortable with her commenting that kind of stuff.
