Gf (20f) of 6 months broke up with me (20m) because the last 2 weeks she just wasnt feeling it anymore. I really didnt see this coming and i dont know how to deal with it.

It was a hard week. I had so many questions. Today i got some closure and pretty much yeah she wasnt feeling it anymore. She doesnt understand why (part of me reckons its the new pill she is on) but it was just a feeling she thought was not going to pass. So she cut the relationship. She contemplated hard for 2 weeks even broke down crying because she was fighting with herself because im such a good guy.

It was a civil conversation we had and respectful breakup.

But yeah thats pretty much it. I can respect her decison but man it sucks right now. Very good chance we can remain friends in the future. Im extremely sad but releived i understand what went on because this breakup out of the blue was really stressing me out not having the answers.

Its hard to deal with because you have so many memories and she really was happy outside of those 2 weeks. Like how and why did it all change? I mean alot of commitments came up between us just before this rough patch as well and we couldnt see eachother as much. Does a new pill potentially change things as well? But yeah the spark was no longer there for her. Im shattered as.

TLDR. Gf of 6 months broke up over a feeling. Not sure how to handle it. Does this happen often?
