My (29F) sister is using my (26F) ex husband (who beat me) to build her swimming pool. Should I be upset?

My sister and her husband are moving into a new house. They have 4 kids, and live in small town Texas.

My ex husband and I started a swimming pool business together, but he became abusive and I left a few years ago and gave him the business. I just didn’t want any part of it.

My sisters husband is also an entrepreneur, and owns a few apartment / office buildings in town. He rented one of those to my ex husband after our divorce for his office, while my brother in laws office is connected to the same building. They see each other often, even my sister and kids see him weekly.

I’ve moved about an hour away. It never really bothered me. But it came to light recently they were building a pool. They asked me all of the do’s and don’ts questions since I have knowledge, but wouldn’t say who is building their pool until I asked. They know it is wrong. There are other pool companies they could use in the area.

I didn’t say anything negative. They can do what they want to do. But.... I mean.... that shows where their loyalty lies, right? The man beat me, and pulled a gun on me.... and they are still going to provide him business.

I’d really hate to cause a family fued because I love all 4 of my nieces and nephews, and I’m in a wonderful relationship with a man that I love. But..... thoughts?

TLDR; my sister and her husband chose to use a pool company that I started with my ex husband who beat me, which I gave to him in the divorce, to build their pool. Should I be mad?
