My (m24) friend (m25) asked me to join in on a foursome with another friend (m25) and a girl he knows (f24). The issue is that I'm he is married, and I have a girlfriend. I turned down the offer, but what should I make of this? Should I do anything?

My friend (m25) asked me (m24) to be in a foursome with him, my roommate (m25) and a random girl I have not met (f24). The friend who asked me to be in this foursome is a good friend from highschool, and I love him like a brother. But hes also married and has a son. As far as I know he hasn't cheated on his wife yet and this is his first attempt. I'm also in a relationship, and I've told him I'm not interested. I also told my girlfriend (f26) about it because i thought it was funny/weird. She thinks i should tell his wife, but i dont want to ruin my friendship with this guy. So what should I do? Stay loyal to my friend or what?

Tl;dr: good (married) friend wants me to join him in extra-marital affair, I say no, but wonder if I should do something.
