I broke up with my ex a year ago now. Three weeks later, he was social media official with his now girlfriend. The breakup was pretty hard for me, but I got through it.
Fall 2019, my ex sent me a text that basically asked if he could see me again and that he still loved me. Mind you, he was still with his girlfriend. I’ve been cheated on before, so I screenshotted the texts and sent them to his new girlfriend, but made sure to say that whatever she decides to do is her business, and that I just wanted to make sure she knew what her boyfriend was up to. She broke up with him for a day, and then got back together with him. During all of this, I blocked him, but I didn’t block her.
Today at 4:00 in the morning, she sent me a Facebook message asking if I was talking to him. Her message seemed really desperate, and she kept apologizing for “sounding crazy.” I feel for her, because my ex made me feel that way frequently, but I also don’t want to reinsert myself into the situation. At the same time, it seems like she feels really alone right now and like she can’t trust her partner. Should I send her a message or should I block her?
TL;DR ex tried to cheat on his new gf with me. I told her; she stayed with him. This morning, she messaged me asking if I was talking to him. Should I reply or block her?
