So my husband and I have been married for 3 years and together for 6. We are both in our early 30s.
He’s always seemingly had a lower sex drive than me, but that aside he has never done foreplay. He also refuses to send sexual texts or have phone sex when we aren’t together (which is the case at the moment as he’s away on business for work - it’s a long project abroad). When I have mentioned that it’s frustrating to be apart, he just says ‘yes but we can’t do anything about it’.
I just don’t know what to do- I have tried everything; gently encouraging him, trying to start things myself or asking what he would be comfortable with. It all ends the same way- he just tells me he doesn’t want to do it.
He’s usually very keen to have sex when we are together but it’s quite focussed on him getting what he wants.
Can anyone give me some advice on how to address this with him?
Tl;dr: Husband hates foreplay
