Throwaway account, we’re both 20 and have been together for 8 months.
From the start of the relationship, he told me himself that I shouldn’t watch porn, and he would be very upset if I did. He claims he doesn’t watch it because it feels wrong to him when in a relationship. I told him I don’t mind if he watches porn, but he told me repetitively neither of us should watch it when in a relationship.
Well, he left a tab open on our computer and bingo, porn. He has ‘pics’ of me and always brings it up himself saying he masturbated over my photos, but then I found this tab open.
It’s not the porn I’m upset about. It’s the lying. He went out of his way since the beginning to say he doesn’t find it okay. I never made porn an issue, it was always him bringing it up.. I won’t lie, I feel very different towards him now. I confronted him and he is very apologetic and knows he messed up.
What do you think?
TLDR; boyfriend told me he would never watch porn when in a relationship, and I shouldn’t watch it either. Found out he has been lying about it for months.
