am I (31F) crazy for suggesting separate beds to my (38M) boyfriend?

Am I (31F) crazy to suggest sleeping in different beds? My (38m) BF gets offended that I would even consider it, but I cannot SLEEP. Between the snoring, his constant tossing and turning, and interruptions in the middle of the night from his son... I'm a zombie the next day.

We've been together almost 2 years and are about to move in together. He's been saying this whole time that he's going to get the snoring checked out. Am I wrong to suggest a guest room for us so I can sometimes MAYBE have some peace?! Please send suggestions on how to make this work because I can't take the couch anymore ...
