I (40 F) am going through a breakup of my relationship of over a year. I know some people eat more when they're stressed but for me, everything tastes like cardboard. I have two kids, a job, a small farm - it's all on me so I have to keep my strength up.
Right now I'm nauseous from hunger and have been looking at pictures of delicious food that I'd usually like, trying to tempt my appetite. No dice.
For others who lose their appetite when they're stressed, what's your go-to food until you feel better?
