I live with my mum and my two brothers. Lately, my older brother's been staring at my boobs. I know this because of the angle of his head and eyes, also he doesn't talk or anything, he just stares. I'm not short compared to him by any means. It creeps me out and I'm uncomfortable in my own home. I'm not well endowed by any means, and I'm grossed out by his behavior. I can't even wear a tank top and shorts in the summer. I told my mom about this, and she said she'd kick him out, but she brings him back every so often so he can do some cleaning, and while he's here, I'm stuck in my room for days. What should I do/who should I tell?
TL;DR: older brother is creeping on me and I don't know what to do.
EDIT: It's been brought to my attention that he goes through my room when I sleep if I don't lock my door.
