A Tinder match (31F) and I (37M) have been texting and talking and it was going very well for a few weeks. We made plans to hang out but she has been sending me more photos of her and she is significantly less attractive than her profile photos had led me to believe.

This might sound shallow but honestly, she looks a lot worse in the photos she has been sending me via texts as opposed to her top notch photos in her profile. I am supposed to hang out with her in a few days but I know she wants to do sexual things with me and now I am not sure I am really into it. The sad part is we have been texting and talking constantly for weeks and she never really hinted that the photos in her profile are most likely old photos where the camera angels are extremely flattering. I've basically committed to meeting up with her in person with sexual contact when we meet each other but I honestly dont think I can go through with it. How do I pull out of these plans and the general sexual relationship we've built up without basically just saying "I find you unattractive and am no longer interested."? I know most people say to have an honest conversation with the person but in this particular situation, it does not seem like the right thing to do. How can I word things correctly without being extremely upsetting to her but still firm enough to give me an out?

TL;DR Woman I am meant to meet up with and possibly have sex with is significantly less attractive than her profile made her appear to be. How do I bail without sounding like a total jerk?
