My girlfriend was tranferred to the psych ward involuntarily, it's been a few days and she hasn't called. Pretty worried right now

Hey everyone, I'm worried about my girlfriend who is has been transferred 5 days ago and I still haven't heard from her.  I got a text 5 days ago from her saying she's being transferred and haven't heard a thing since.  There's so many facilities here I don't even know if calling around to see which one she's at, if they'll even tell me....

Does anyone know if she's allowed to make phone calls off of a landline?  I'm pretty sure they don't allow cell phone access.

Or do they have to wait a week or so to make phonecalls?  Is it family only phone calls?

Asking for anyone who may have some sort of experience with this.
