Have I given myself (18M) and my GF (18F) an STD?

Essentially, I saw I had a mark below my bottom lip this morning and presumed it was a spot. I left for my girlfriend’s and we made out, I ate her out and she blew me in that order.

I asked my mom when I returned home what it was and she said it could be a cold sore. I remembered back to that one Office episode where Michael has one and contacts everyone about his herpes.

Assuming it is a cold sore, have I given my GF herpes by making out? And what if because I ate her out, she’s now got genital herpes? Is this serious? Should I be worried?
