I [19M] was seeing my mother's [41F] friend [39F] who said she was on birth control and now she's pregnant.

I'm going try to keep my post short and exclude important details. My mom made this friend like 2 years ago at work. They are good friends now and I have been close with her friend. I got closer with her after I had turned 18 because we secretly started seeing each other. I had a crush on her and I guess we had some mutual feelimgs and then we started hooking up. She was always on birth control and I used condoms at first, but she started begging me to not use condoms because it felt better , but I was scared because I didn't want to accidentally knock her up.

Well it has been going on like that for months now and npw she is pregnant. I did not think it would happen since we had already been having sex without condoms for months. She told me at first when she was barely pregnant and wasnt sure, then shs comfirmed with me that she is in fact pregnant. She told me I didn't have to do anything. She told me she wouldn't tell anybody it's my baby when she has it and that I didn't have to raise the baby if I didn't want to.

I don't want to do that though, I want to be responsible and raise the baby and she also gave me the option of being with her to see how it goes if we try to live as a family and as partner. That's what I want and I need advice on how I should inform my mom without giving her a heart attack or her blowing up on us? And also what shoulf I do to prepare for the baby?

Tldr: I got my mom's friend pregnant. She wants to be woth me and to raise the baby together. I have no clue how to let my mother know all of this.
