Help, how do I [24F] tell this guys [32M] GF [30sF] that he’s been cheating on her for months with me?

Basically, as the title says...

I’ve known this guy for 3 years. He told me when we first met that him and his ex broke up, but still lived together so she could finish school. We started hooking up in March, and I was assured many times they weren’t together even though they still lived together....

Long story short, he lied to me about it. They are, in fact, still dating. I feel so angry, disgusted, betrayed. The worst part is, i found out through my coworker (!!) who went to high school with his ex. I know he wasn’t going to tell me, because he was talking about hooking up again before i found out.

I feel like she deserves to know, I have loads of proof, but i have NO idea how to go about it. They’re going on a trip to the Bahamas together in February.

I’m also terrified what he’s going to say or do to me.

Any advice??

TLDR; Guy i was hooking up with lied to me, he’s still dating his “ex”, do i tell her? if so, how?
