Is it silly to breakup with my (27f) boyfriend (33m) because I don’t want to move into his dark house

Ok so my bf of a year wants me to move into his house. I have my own house that I own. I have no issues renting out my house to move in with a partner, as I have no real attachments to the house.

He has made it clear he is not selling or moving. The issue there is... his house is about 30 mins out into the woods from where I live in the suburbs (which I love). I am there many nights during the week, but don’t live there yet. I can’t get myself to do it. His house honestly depresses me. It is in the woods with no neighbors (I am such a people person!), which also means it gets barely any sunlight. I am such a big sun and lighting person. Natural lighting in a house is a big factor to me, as I can get easily depressed with no sunlight, especially in the winter months.

Like I said, he has made it clear he does not want to move (I have suggested we both get a place together). So basically my only option for living with him is for me to move to his dark cave home. Is this an absurd reason to break up with someone?

TL;DR considering breaking up with bf because his house he wants me to move into is in the woods and has no sunlight
