How to not be the possessive partner (m19) f(18)

Well, I'm trying to be not possessive , i tell her to hangout with who she wants and all of the stuff that the possessive partner doesn't do. From inside I'm burning or feel like that always feel that she's gonna leave me or cheat on me because her friends are way more handsome and smarter than me I don't want to be that guy I'm trying my best to be cool with , but it really hurts me and i hate it.

How to stop feeling like that how i stop having this possessive thoughts that really ruins my rs and my life .

How to stop being jealous from her friends . I find that very difficult .

TL;DR: I'm afraid my gf will leave me because of her so much better male friends
