The best thing to do when my (26 f) cousin (13 m) / family member gets too touchy /crosses an inappropriate boundary with me?

My cousin, whom I thought was 9.. Is actually 13 and when he hugs me.. I don't know if it's his height? But he pushes his head right into my chest and it makes me extremely uncomfortable.

I played it off.. When I thought he was 9 but actually he's 13 (he's adopted so I only just met him recently..)

He hit me on the butt, and I told my aunt immediately that I didn't like it, and she confronted him, she basically said

"you are a young man, you cannot touch women like that, it's inappropriate and it's not okay. Do you want to go to jail"

I thought the last part was a bit much, but he's definitely the type to go on one ear out the other, so I trust my aunt to know what's best to say to him.

But the hugging still bothers me, my other cousins his height don't do this.. Should I say something? Stop hugging him? Maybe it's an accident. I get along well with kids and they always want to hangout with me, but I feel on edge sometimes avoiding touch.

I feel it's really bothering me because Ive had my breasts groped by younger cousins before and they've always made me uncomfortable even knwi theyre adults, making sexual comments towards me. Honestly sometimes the curiosity of little boys makes me uncomfortable lol what should I do? What would you do?

Tldr : my younger cousin is being too touchy withe, but it maybe not be intentional? Am I being paranoid should I say something? I love them otherwise
