I think my (18F) brother (22M) is jerking off with my socks/shoes...

I should preface this by saying that I love my brother, but this is really creeping me out and I don't know how to get him to stop.

At first I seemed to be losing socks way too often. Like yeah everyone loses socks, but I was starting to have to buy new ones every few weeks. I didn't really think it was my brother though until my shoes kept moving around... Eventually I was finding them in his room after looking everywhere. He seemed baffled and completely denied touching them, saying it must have been me. It seemed to get better for a bit but that it just kept happening.

The other week though one of my shoes was gone again and he had it again in his room. But then I saw in his closest a few of my socks...I honestly was creeped out and couldn't deal with it at the time. I straight up confronted him about it again and he acted like I was crazy. I think he's a little embarrassed? And so nothing I say seems to really change anything. The worst thing is the other day I was walking by his room and I could hear porn playing and he's not exactly as quiet as he thinks he is...

I don't know what to do, I can't really know why he keeps taking them but it's really starting to stress me out and feels like an invasion of privacy? My mom is so stressed out having to take care of him and working all the time that when I brought it up she told me I was making this a bigger deal than it is.

I wish I could move out but I have a year of highschool left and can't afford it. I tried locking my room but our locks are basic and you can jimmy them open and I'm not always home. Am I blowing this out of proportion? Is there anyways I can get him to stop?

TL:DR Intellectually disabled Brother won't stop stealing socks/shoes and keeps denying it even though he clearly is taking them. He doesn't always close the door when watching porn either. Mom doesn't seem to care and I can't move out with a year of highschool left. How do I get him to stop?
