My (21F) dad (44M) owes me several hundred dollars and gets mad every time I bring it up

I’m a university student entering the fourth and final year of my degree (I had to do a year of prerequisites prior to applying, so this will be my fifth year of university in total). I have a line of credit to help cover tuition and other costs associated with attending school. When I was in my first year of my degree, I was struggling with anxiety and depression, so I began to see a psychologist 1-2 times per month. I found this really helpful, but I ultimately stopped going, mainly due to the issue I’m about to explain. Since I’m a student, I’m still an eligible beneficiary under my dad’s insurance policy and his policy covers the cost of therapy with a licensed psychologist completely, but doesn’t do direct billing so I had to pay upfront and then submit my receipts for reimbursement. So while seeing this psychologist, since I only work part-time during school (and at the time made minimum wage) and each 50 minute visit was nearly $150, I had to pay using money from my line of credit and then wait to be reimbursed to pay it off. The last three visits I had with my psychologist were submitted to the insurance company and reimbursed to my dad’s account, but he has never given this money back to me. I largely stopped going to therapy because the thought of racking up all this debt made me very anxious. As I said before, I’m entering my fourth year of this degree, so my dad has owed me nearly $450 for several years but he becomes very defensive and angry every time I ask about it, so I’m not sure what to do. It seems like I’m just going to have to absorb the costs myself because he won’t ever talk to me about repaying it. I’d like to go back to therapy again, but this last year is going to be an expensive one with extra costs (rotations, multiple licensing exams, etc.) and I really hate the thought of incurring more debt for it while he gets my reimbursements. Has anyone been in a similar situation before?

TL;DR: My dad has owed me roughly $450 which belongs on my school line of credit for several years now, but becomes angry and defensive whenever I bring it up and won’t talk about it—I’m not sure how to handle the situation.
