Bit of backstory ,we used to live together a few yrs back and have kids but we split and in the past year and a half have been working on things. The apartment is in my name ,I pay the rent and internet for it.
He always had issues with being a bit conntrolling and with jealousy, honestly I aint an angel either but finding this out was just mind blowing and bizarre. We had a few drinks one night and were browsing youtube music. For some reason we wanted to search up how to do something,I forgot what. What popped up on the recommended was "How to get pregnant" among a lot of other random How To vids..he flipped the fuck out. I didnt search that though! Then he blurted out about how routers save some history and mentioned "i know the shit you search " and was like demanding he connect his pc and search my logs. I was like wtf???...
He dropped it and few days later he started demanding again to connect his pc and search my router logs to see my ip searches. Now this becomes a argument because I feel like its creepy and also I pay my fucking internet bill I should browse whatever the fuck I want.Then finally after getting pissed im refusing he admits he ALREADY seen my ip add logs and mentions he used a certain software ,I demand how and when he did but he refuses to say.
The whole reason he got triggered to search was because he wanted to see if ive been using Facebook or social media. We both had agreed to not have accounts due/to some old drama .The only thing I used was instagram but only to browse certain public accounts from influencers and celebs I liked I dont use a account.But he already took my refusual as some guilt and packed up his shit and is gone at his parents.
I feel like just caving to save everything but I also feel violated and stubborn. I dont know what to do, im just so sad but if its over I just got.to accept it.Because its weird as hell and I think he may have enjoyed spying on me .Also, he probably seen my reddit ip history so I hope he dont browse this post...
Tldr:: crazy ass now ex bf demanded to search my ip router logs (internet I pay for)then admits he already did after I refuse because I tell him he sounds fucking crazy,for how long ive no clue.
