Long story short my friend posted a Instagram video of her boyfriend sitting next to an elderly man who appears to have a thyroid condition which makes his eyes appear to bulge out. I can hear her on the video laughing loudly with another man saying, "OMG! This is what we're laughing at." She had the camera zoomed in on the elderly man's face. I was really disturbed that someone this age, a 30 year old woman, would think it funny to bully an elderly man with a thyroid condition. I wrote a comment on her Instagram and said, "You're a disgusting person both inside and out. The fact that you think bullying an elderly man is somehow entertaining is horrible." I also reported the content. In case anyone thinks I'm overreacting this is the second time she has bullied someone like this in this fashion.
I have to see her in a couple months because we have mutual friends. I just want to know how I can handle interacting with her. I find bullies disgusting and I want nothing to do with them.
Tldr; Ex friend bullied an elderly man on her Instagram. I want nothing to do with bullies. Need advice on how to handle interaction with her.
