I (25f) want to get my dad (50m) a gift for Father’s Day but I’m unsure if it’s inappropriate

Background: my mom and dad adopted me and my twin sister from foster care. My birth parents were very physically abusive and my twin developed epilepsy and died from it.

A little under 10 months ago my twin sister passed away from epilepsy.

In June it will be my dads birthday, Father’s Day and him and my moms 25 year anniversary.

I found an old recording of my sister and I want to get him a build a bear that has her voice saying I love you.

But I am unsure if it’s inappropriate or if it would cause him emotional distress. When my passed he was the one who found her body.

He has nightmares a lot because of it (don’t advise counseling, we have been trying to get him to go since it happened), but I am scared if I get him this gift that it would do more harm than good.

So my question is, should I give him this or not?

Tdlr: my twin passed and I want to give my dad a build a bear with her voice.

Update: first I’d like to say thank you for responding. I am going to ask my mom if it’d be a good idea. Or if I should wait.
