Pretty much what the title says. I am devastated, I honestly thought they wouldn’t react this bad. My parents were under the impression that my girlfriend (whom I’ll call Julia) was my best friend. We just started dating 2 weeks ago, but we’ve been friends our whole lives. Julia and I were having a sleepover. We usually ONLY watch a movie and cuddle, but instead hormones got the best of us and we started kissing.
My parents came into my room bringing us food, but they looked so shocked/disgusted when they saw us kissing. They called Julia’s parents (who are accepting of Julia) to pick her up and got in an argument with HER parents.
After Julia left, they were going on about the Bible & how this was wrong. If they catch me hanging out with Julia again, they’re going to kick me out of the house. What should I do or how I should I react to this? I’m turning 17 in a week and have friends/family members I can stay with Incase it gets too bad.
tl;dr- my parents caught me kissing my girlfriend during a sleepover and are now threatening to kick me out the house if I see my girlfriend again
