My marriage blew up

My wife (25F) and I (21M) just decided to get separated after 2 years of marriage. I caught her sexting with other men and caught her having something called an “emotional affair” (according to my therapist). She’s been emotionally abusive for about a year now. I think I’m doing okay, but I feel worthless. Part of me wants to try to fix things but a different side of me wants to burn all bridges with her and watch her world crumble.

TL;DR! What are some thing I can try to help myself heal?
