Found out my (18) boyfriend (18) was talking bad about me in his texts and he thinks I don’t know, what do I do?

I was on my boyfriends phone replying to a message for him, and discovered messages between his dad and him about how he’s mad and sick of the fact that I’m narrow minded, stubborn ect and that he needed to “vent”.

This convo was made after we had an argument due to him being disrespectful to me talking about girls boobs to my face. He has said in the chat that he lacks the attraction and he’s embarrassed to say it, as well asking if I can lose my loose skin and 20kg with good diet… I was once 80kg but have lost 21 kg leaving me at 59, I don’t believe that I am overweight anymore but hearing that has shattered my new view on myself and made me feel as tho I am still very big.

I discovered this while camping with him and I am extremely upset and trying not to show it to him since he’s acting all normal bc he thinks I don’t know, I’m beyond hurt and don’t have any idea what to do or how to take this I feel extremely lied to and disrespected that he wouldn’t speak to me first about that before running to his dad.

His dad was no mean and chalked it up to us being in isolation together with covid and told him to wait and see how he feels once the Illness is gone, he also stated that he needs to talk to me about it but hasn’t done it yet and it’s been a week.

We have been together 8 months, and he’s been nothing but perfect so I am very shocked since he tells me he loves me and is very loving, please help I am very hurt by this situation and don’t have the first clue how to approach him since I shouldn’t have seen it but I can’t get past it.
